Life has been busy!
*side note* Does anyone know why the list on the side of my blog, to the right, has moved to the bottom of my page? Weird...
Cheerleading Regional are this Saturday, I think we have a chance to make it to States as long as we don't let things get to our heads. Practices lately have been blah! ...Not hard just blah...
Don't watch Little Miss Sunshine! It got good reviews, but the movie was just strange. There was a ton of cursing and it was just bad... I must admit, it had a good overall storyline, but it was just portrayed poorly. The last ten minutes was the best part, one of the only good parts.
A good movie is Take the Lead! It's about dancing... but it is really good! It will make you want to dance afterwards trust me on this one!

skating!
I love kids... especially when they can skate circles around you. No joke, I was showed up by a five year old at Tamo on Saturday. I'm okay with that. Really. Ice skating was a blast! Someday I will master skating backwards... I'm improving, it can happen.
Follow up ice skating with a little taco bell, jump on it, red robbin, and anchor man... it was a good day!

life, liberty, due process...
These past two days with no school have been great! Sleeping in, relaxing... I love it! Tomorrow we already have a two hour delay because it is the first Wednesday of the month and we always have a delay. Muy Bien!
The Superbowl commercials were lacking this year. The only few that I really enjoyed we at the very beginning of the game. The Mouse clicking and Beard-Comb Over. Where were the Pepsi commercials? The Snicker commercial stirred up some controversy with gay rights that has been talking over the morning talk shows. (no school = morning talk show viewing) Hmmm, we'll have to wait and see how it plays itself out.

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.
Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch.
The grave site was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes.
Despite being a little flaky at times he still was a crusty old man and was considered a positive roll model for millions. Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, two children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart.The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

Happy February!
I can't believe how fast this school year has gone by.
We are in second semester (...half way done! scary)
Cheerleading is only for one more month. (States?)
Pluto is not a planet. (who knew?)
And it's snowing outside. (just wanted to throw that out there)
Life has been good. Busy. But good. Lately I've been debating if I would like to play soccer this year. I've played since I was a freshman and it was always my relaxing sport that I would use to keep in shape for the next cheerleading season. Practice and games have always been fun to me, but a lot of drama has always followed the soccer team. We have a new coach this year that I have worked with before as an assistant coach in the past and I think the team has a great possibility of doing well. But do I want to be on the field or just watching in the stands? Taylor has mentioned letting me play on his team when he starts that up again, or maybe I could even play on an indoor team. I know it is my senior year and I won’t get the opportunity to play anymore unless I get on an intramural team and I think I may want to focus more on cheerleading with the possibility of trying out for a college team.
Ashley and I have been having this discussion lately. We both are cheerleaders and soccer players, with cheerleading is our dominate sport. If we didn't play soccer this upcoming season we were going to make out a workout schedule to do together that would include things to improve our tumbling and stunting for hopefully future tryouts. I'm not sure this all is a little new to me. But a break from practices and everything would be great in the beginning, but would I get bored with it?
Hmm...we'll see what happens...

4. You e-mail the person who works at the desk next to you.
5. Your reason for not staying in touch with friends and family is that they don't have e-mail addresses.
6. You pull up in your own drive way and use your cell phone to see if anyone is home to help you carry in the groceries.
7. Every commercial on television has a web site at the bottom of the screen.
8. Leaving the house without your cell phone, which you didn't have the first 20 or 30 (or 60) years of your life, is now a cause for panic and you turn around to go and get it.
10. You get up in the morning and go on line before getting your coffee.
11. You start tilting your head sideways to smile. : )

Puppy Sitting!!!
Since this past Wednesday my family has been watching these two puppies! The white one on top, Chloe, is 6-weeks-old. Abby, the brown one, is eight-weeks-old. Cody wasn't too happy to start off with in the first few days, but he soon made friends with them and would chase them around the house playing. (Cody is my dog, see pictures in my other posts of him)
Last Saturday...
We held our first home competition. Thanks for coming out everyone, it was a-w-e-s-o-m-e (Yes, I said it... lol) to have all the support from our friends! It was a little disappointing that we didn't do as well as we would have liked, but we did get second.
